I want to thank you on behalf of my wife and I for the attention and professional care that we received during the recent project at our house, I am well aware of the customer relations that many companies profess and promise to abide by, I think one would need to search long and hard to find an organization that treats their customers the way Springer­ Peterson has treated the Dunn's. I need to thank Greg for his immediate concern and efforts to assist with the complex issue we were facing, I applaud you for taking the time to review the damage and to assure my wife and I that things would be taken care of immediately. The decision to appoint Tom Billings, as the supervisor of the repair may have been the best decision made, Tom is a consummate professional in every way, he monitors every aspect of the job, he stayed in contact with us on a continuos basis so to Alleviate any doubt we may have felt. I also need to personally thank you, your position to make this experience a positive one was very important to our feeling secure due to your word. Suzanne and I are very happy with the results of this project; we feel that Springer-Peterson certainly lives up to their slogan"we have got you covered".
